Those who beat police, crushed police in doorways, obstructed police trying to clear out the Capitol and those who shit on the halls of the Capital should not be pardoned.

The new Trump Justice Dept. (yes, it will be his) will determine who is prosecuted.

The Capitol policeman who murdered an unarmed female AF veteran will be visited by the new J/D, count on it and the mostly peaceful protestors will be pardoned.

If Biden can pardon his own scumbag son, Cocaine Hunter, who facilitated the Biden bribes and violated federal gun laws and would not pay his taxes can be pardoned, Trump can pardon whomever he pleases.

Legal experts say Trump now has fresh precedent — and political cover — to issue expansive pardons absolving his allies not only of specific offenses, but even any undetermined crimes they may have committed.

Here's my proposed list of pardons Trump is likely to make upon entering the Oval office in January:

1. Himself prophylactically for all the outstanding investigations AND the current 34 felonies
2. I would say Jared's dad who is also a felon, but he already pardoned him in the LAST administration
3. Ghislane Maxwell (ASAP on that one)
4. Jan 6 "shitting tourists"
5. Maybe if he's feeling especially pleasant he'll toss Pete Hegseth and Matt Gaetz a few pardons for things they might later be investigated for.

Yuppers. Trump never shied away from proposing his expansive use of powers, so there's no reason to assume this would have affected his actions in any way. But this gives the GOP a handy short-cut.

Like their crocodile tears for Laken Riley. They never gave a flying FUCK about Laken, but she was murdered by an ILLEGAL so it was like a present to them. And they could all cry and weep for the loss of an innocent life and DEMAND change. Was she actively trying to break into a locked and secured section of a building secured with ARMED POLICE and not stopping?

I'd say she learned a VERY VALUABLE LESSON. Don't try to break into a secured section of a US government facility.
