It is one of the most egregious misuses of the office for personal gain in modern history though. Another nail in the coffin of Biden going down in history as the worst post WW 2 president in history to date.

In United States practice, conviction means a finding of guilt (i.e., a jury verdict or finding of fact by the judge) and imposition of sentence.

There has been no imposition of sentence nor will there be.

Silly, plenty of people are found guilty without the imposition of a sentence. Trump is a felon.

Neither the judge nor the jury had any authority to find any verdict. The judge broke the law.
