Biden Presidency Will Be The Best Thing For The Federal Budget

Promises broken: DT has run the debt sky high.

He's 100% borrow and spend.

Totally irresponsible.

It's a give-away to the rich.

And what is being given away is our country.

"Part of this is due to underlying trends in the growth of Medicare and Social Security costs, but the figure can also be attributed to the trillion-dollar deficit cost of the tax cuts Trump and congressional Republicans forced through in 2017, which predominantly benefited corporations and the wealthy.

The ballooning debt stands in stark contrast with Trump’s earlier campaign promises."

Trump Vowed To Cut The National Debt ‘Very Quickly.’

The debt was just under $20 Trillion when DT took office, and had risen to $22 Trillion before the Coronavirus Pandemic. It is now $26.7 Trillion.

Finally saw a Biden ad last night warning us about #TRE45ON's payroll tax cut that he hopes to make permanent, which would defund social security and Medicare. About time they started letting ppl know the plan.

Did you mean 'defund?'

This is what happens when you begin posting BEFORE you've had your morning coffee. I've warned her about this ... did she listen? 'No'.
I think she has you on ignore, Jack. Chances of her listening to you are slim.

:) You know, making a mistake is easy. Either by a careless spelling error or by assuming the Reader knows what you really mean.
What is REALLY puzzling, is after you've made a clear and unintended mistake, ... some stooge comes along and 'Thanks' you for it.

:tardthoughts:

Probably just a spell checker.

Nah, more like the absence of one. lol

At any rate, I was pleased to see that the Biden campaign is getting the word out about the (R)s' desire to rid us of these two programs. No doubt #TRE45ON is pandering to the age group that most resents having these taxes deducted from their paychecks to fund the retirement and health care of all of us Boomers.

Has anyone bothered to tell young workers that the tax obligation is still there? That the taxes they are not paying are only being deferred? That when the bill comes due they will have to pay it all back?

Of course the economy is going to do well when you don't collect enough taxes to pay for the government.

Only problem is it can't last like that.

Joe Biden's $7 trillion spending proposal: What's in it?

Nothing says hypocrite and moron better than leftists who were all in for Obamas record breaking deficits now whining about Trumps spending. Yeah, you morons are all fiscal hawks until Biden gets in and spends tens of trillions more on his Marxist program. :palm:

It just doesn't add up.

The money in and the money out, that is.

The budget is not being handled very well, to say the least.

Cutting taxes too low is irresponsible.

Anybody can have a great economy - if you sacrifice the government and the future for it.

At least for a while, anyway.

Until reality catches up with you.

We need to make reality catch up to DT.

Vote Joe Biden President Of the United States of America.

I imagine most companies informed their workers of that, or I hope so, anyways. Maybe they were offered the choice to continue deductions, or defer them.
