Blake is also definitely innocent of the original supposed theft that started all this. The credit card had his name on it, and was paid by him. In fact, he had some case against his girlfriend for her taking the credit card.

The rest needs to be hashed out by the courts. But two out of three of your accusations against Blake are patently false.
