Even Rupert Murdoch's New York Post knew Biden was talking about the Indian Ocean coast of Africa.

Biden caught his gaffe and corrected himself on the fly, per the NY Post story below..

You never caught your own mistake, and spent the entire thread assuming Biden was taking about North America having a coast on the Indian Ocean, and didn't recognize your own mistake until I told you.

AFAIK, the Africans are paying for it and building it themselves, but probably with some technical assistance and loans from western countries.

That's not what you originally complained about in this thread.

I understand you would like to revise, revisit, edit, change your first impression in this thread.

You leaped to the assumption that Biden was thinking America had a coast on the Indian Ocean. And it wasn't until I told you Biden was speaking about Africa that your mistake was corrected.

The fool on this thread wasn't Biden. It was you, because you were so easily duped.
