I agree that Presidents of the United States should be required to undergo comprehensive and thorough PHYSICAL AND MENTAL health evaluation on a yearly basis and that the physician conducting the tests should be a totally independent practitioner (in terms of political affiliations and the like)m. In addition, if a President is 65 years old or greater he should be required to have his cognitive functioning investigated in depth using: standard psychological tools like the Montreal Cognitive Functioning Assessment (MoCA); neuropsychological batteries, and neuroimaging techniques (like PET, SPECT, fMRI etc). This is because 10% of Americans aged 65 have diagnosed symptoms of dementia.
You say that the doctor who carried out the dementia screen on Trump (MoCA) was clearly biased. That's a rather extravagant assumption, IMO. Why was he CLEARLY biased? Evidently because in your"expert medical" opinion Trump does have dementia. The guy who gave Trump the test for dementia - White House physician, Dr Ronny Jackson - said Trump scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on the test and that he had absolutely no concerns about the President's neurological functioning. I think it's quite reasonable to presume that Dr Jackson is not lying, and that it's unreasonable to think that he is. It takes a long, long time and lots of study to qualify as a physician, and while some physicians may be "bad eggs", I tend to think that most are not, that most physicians are ethical practitioners.
I have watched lots of footage of Trump in action: at Press Conferences, giving two hour speeches at MAGA rallies, giving the SOTU address, and I have never seen a single sign of dementia. Biden is the opposite. When you are so confused you cannot tell your wife from your sister, when you don't know where you
are - what state you are in, when you are a POLITICIAN who cannot remember the words to the most memorable and iconic passage in the Declaration of Independence, when you abuse a Democrat voter for asking you about your position on the Second Amendment, then challenge him to a fist-fight outside, etc THEN you've got problems with cognitive decline, THEN you've ALMOST CERTAINLY got dementia.
Another big issue with Trump's mental health blew up when a group of psychiatrists wrote to "The Washington Post claiming that Trump had a PSYCHIATRIC DISORDER called Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Now, there is a reference manual that ALL psychiatrists in America must use when they are diagnosing a patient with a mental illness. It is called the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) and it is the gold standard for diagnosis in psychiatry. Now get this. The psychiatrist who wrote the chapter on Narcissistic Personality Disorder in the current edition of the DSM said to the mainstream media: Trump does NOT have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. He may be obnoxious, grandiose, rude, arrogant, a bully and an ass-hole in general, but he is NOT psychiatrically ill, because his behaviour is not MALADAPTIVE; in fact, he LOVES being obnoxious, rude, self-centred, vain, boastful and thinking he's the "king of the mountain."He has a lot of success in life being that way, and that rules out the presence of any mental illness.

I’m not a doctor, I said cognitive decline. I have noticed his limited vocabulary, his disjointed thought and his broken sentences, his difficulty remembering names, his religion of ideas, his inability to give details of any subject, saying things like “it’s bigly”.
If you don’t see his limited intellect, that is your prerogative. I just see, as Tillerman and others describe him, a moron.
I never heard about trump taking this test, but I'm sure he passed, like he did w/ the Dr in the limo that wrote him a note for Dr ooz show...
