Two main answers come to mind:
1. There is no chargeable offenses. Just a lot of guilt by association and circumstantial evidence.
2. There's a shitload of evidence against prominent Democrats and Republicans who are still in office along with prominent business leaders. Releasing the records would harm their respective parties and donors.
