Bill would ban twice impeached presidents from being buried at Arlington

I read the Mueller Report dumbass. Share with the class the "Russian Interference" that occurred.

Are you sure you read the Mueller report?

I suggest you read it again. This time try reading Volume 1 slowly to try to understand it.
Volume I describes the factual results of the Special Counsel’s investigation of Russia’s interferencein the 2016 presidential election and its interactions with the TrumpCampaign.

Then for added reading to confirm many of the claim made in the Mueller report you might read the Senate report on Russian Intereference.

They would never bury trump there anyway, they would have to keep several armed guards on his grave 24/7/365 to keep it from being dumped on and that might not even work. No, he will just be flushed like any other turd.

LOL... satanic mindset. In full evil traction.

The un American Satanic mindset of eternal damnation is what controls tRump and his sewer repuke gutter goons and their brain dead and brainwashed cult followers who are the minority.

Suppose he wants to be buried in Florida, rather than fucking Virginia? That would make this bill kind of irrelevant, if not unconstitutional.

Yep, I'm sure.

It is hard to say where trump will want to be buried, so it makes sense to make sure. I don't see how it would be unconstitutional. The Congress has the right to decide who is buried on public land.

It would violate the 14th, but, I'm talking about the Constitution to a progressive...

There is no absolute citizen's right to be buried as a veteran. This is a privilege extended by Congress (or basically the taxpayers) to some Americans who have served this country. The 14th Amendment does not allow the taking away of citizen's rights, but a veterans burial is not a citizen's right.

I think we have gotten to a scary point where the Alt Right finds nothing wrong with attacking honorable Black and women veterans, but then demands veteran privileges for a white male coward who dodged the draft.

This is a matter of law. If it were just my feelings about Douchebag Donald, I'd say keep the fucker out of Arlington. You cannot pass a law that specifically singles him out for exclusion. The best way to do it without violating the Constitution would be to exclude all federal officeholders who have been formally impeached by Congress. That might stick, and you'd catch Clinton up in the web.

Yes, a matter of the law, and Congress makes laws.

I do not know if Congress can get this law passed or not, but there is no constitutional barrier to the law.

Like I said. I am discussing the Constitution with a progressive. Nothing productive can come of that. The spectacle of Congress taking-up the measure would be entertaining, at least.

This is not complex. The Constitution does not list all the things we should not do. It should not. It leaves a huge amount of leeway for us to do all sorts of things. Just because you think something is stupid, does not make it unconstitutional.

Only two presidents are buried in Arlington now. trump wouldn't go there, not enough room for the Taj Mahal he'd demand for his final resting place.

Putin's lawlessly hacked in 2016 puppet tRump
Putin wanted Hillary. He said so. He wanted Biden too. He said so.
and the criminal against humanity tyrant of the 21st century
YAVAC. What crime?
who waged waged war against Democracy,
I would too. A democracy is an unstable form of government. The United States was never a democracy. It was a federated republic. That has been destroyed by the Democrats, and has been converted to an oligarchy, to implement the fascism that the Democrats want.
conspired with Russians to take out bounties on U.S. troops
Still quoting this fake news? There was never a bounty, dumbass.
and also covid conspired to murder over 500,000 Americans
Trump does not command the virus. Neither does Biden. You are quoting made up numbers. Argument from randU fallacy.
as a disgraced imposter,
Imposter of what? YAVAC
etc., upon up and croaking deserves to be cremated and for his deplorable remains to be placed in a prison cemetery niche or dumped on Putin's lap or in his un American and co conspiring GOPers' faces.
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - A bill cosponsored by 13 U.S. House Democrats would not allow any president who has been impeached twice to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
The No Glory for Hate Act, introduced by Rep. Linda Sanchez of California, would also mandate that no federal funds could be used to create or display any monument, symbol or statue that commemorates any former president that has been twice impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives.
The move is seemingly directed at former President Donald Trump, who is the only president in U.S. history to be impeached twice by the U.S. House. He was acquitted by the Senate in both instances.
In addition to this, if passed, the bill bars federal funds to be used to “name, designate, or redesignate a Federal building or Federal land after, or in commemoration of” a president who has been impeached twice."

Pure hatred. That'/s all you idiots have.

There is a war on competence, and men are from Pre-K threatened, discouraged from standing up....and without men doing what men have always done all is surely lost....We are so fucked if we dont get better...This is basically what Jordan is saying.

He is correct.

People ARE standing up. You don't hear about in the Fake News, they want to censor the fact that it's happening. The Democrats want you to despair.

In terms of a self screwing dip shit, you need to speak for yourself and for the following factual reasons why. So deal with the reality of it all, your orange turd tRump was never a legitimate POTUS but a lawlessly hacked in pos in violation of U.S. Constitutional law.

CIA Concludes Russian Interference Aimed To Elect Trump

The CIA has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 election specifically to help Donald Trump win the presidency, a U.S. official has confirmed to NPR.

"Before, there was confidence about the fact that Russia interfered," the official says. "But there was low confidence on what the direction and intentionality of the interference was. Now they [the CIA] have come to the conclusion that Russia was trying to tip the election to Trump."

The official adds: "The reason the assessment changed is that new information became available" since Oct. 7, when the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence released a joint statement accusing Russia of interfering with the American election process."

Irrational. You cannot argue both sides of a paradox.
