"BLACK FATIGUE" is a cultural phenomenon that has recently emerged in the US
It basically about White Americans venting their disgust at uncivilzed, degenerate rachet/ghetto black behaviour
This antisocial behaviour is fundamentally a consequence of low low impulse control, emotional-dysregulation and poor self-regulation. These, in turn, are all strongly correlated with low IQ. (the average IQ of African - Americans being 85 points). IMO , and according to a large body of research in behavioural genetics and related disciplines, IQ human beings is highly heritable, and by the age of around 25 is 80% genetically determined (according to the "American Psychological Association"
That means that the grossly uncivilized Black, ghetto behaviour shown in the video below cannot be remediated to any kind of corrective intervention ( like special government-funded educational or psychosocial program or medical/psychiatric treatments or medical programs or any of the kinds That means that there is noting , really, that can be done to improve the problem
These rachet/ghetto behaviours are, in short, what you get when you have a racial group with a low , average IQ living in the context of an Advanced Western industrial society; i.e. with access to firearms, social media, cash and an institutionally, anti-White Democrat Party which teaches them that Whites are all evil racists.
Although there is a humorous aspect to these foolish ghetto behaviours, the Democrat-facilitated BLM riots which raged across America in the summer of 2020, killing 40 civilians, injuring 1500 police officers and causing $3 BILLION dollars worth of property damage, were not so funny. This was a full-blown insurrection against (White) America. When Trump was asked if he had any regrets about his first term in Office he said the ONLY regret was that he had not invoked the "Insurrection Act" of 1807 to nationally deploy the US Military in order to decisively suppress the uprising.
In short the new "Black Fatigue" cultural phenomenon is a White American backlash that is saying :we have had enough of ghetto/rachet behaviour from the Black community, we are fed up with being branded racist/White Supremacists, we are fed up with Black victim culture, wie are fed up with being helt to responsible for historic slavery, we are fed-up with DEI and AA, we are fed-up with Black members of Congress openly insulting (in the most vicious and hateful terms) -White America with impunity.
