No. I did like that second sentence though. She did not say Republicans. Just Trump and Democrats. Do you get the sense BLM is basically saying they are the sole reason for Biden getting where he is?

Nothing in her letter about inclusion APL. As a matter of fact she makes it quite clear BLM did not vote Democrat because they believe in them. They just know that Democrat politicians are the easiest manipulated.
