That is incorrect. In the USA, indiant tribes are a sovereign nation with thier own laws and police enforcement. They are under American law and Indian law. That is not "religious law."

All U.S. laws (fed, state, local) aply to everyone in this country, whether muslim, christian, martian or whatever, unless one holds diplomatic status.

No muslims are excempt from any of our laws, and Sharia law has is NOT recognised by ANY U.S. court.

As part of their religious freedom, they are entitled to practice their own laws as well, just as jews and christian may do. However, U.S. law always overides Sharia law, and always will.

You have nothing to fear from sharia law, nor do you have the right to oppose sharia law.
To do so violates seperation of church and state, as well as religious freedom.

You have been misled by Glen Beck and his ilk.

Had you chosen to think independently, we would not be having this argument, for you would have realized that Beck is nothing but a fear mongering money grubber.

Again, post links showing states passing laws banning sharia law. That is impossible, as it is a direct violation of seperation of church and state as well as violating religious freedom.

If any such laws are passed, they will be struck down by the Supreme Court.

Do you have any understanding of this country at all?
