Well, I believe it definitely could be because DEI that contributed, because less people were hired due to moronic DEI quotas. There's a lawsuit in which the plaintiff is claiming well over 1000 people were denied the job because they had the wrong melanin levels and they needed different melanin levels because of quotas.

That might have been the difference in having even one extra person in the tower that night that was dedicated to helicopters like there should have been. We don't know yet but it's certainly possible. Regardless of that, the DEI is luckily gone, because it's ridiculous to hire people or not hire people based on melanin levels PERIOD.
