Not a lawyer so I don't know if "burn it down" and "hang Mike Pence" are protected Free Speech. OTOH, anyone who "scuffled with police officers" and is identified is certain to be arrested either then or later.

Thanks to face recognition software, comparing faces to social media sources and other protests (the biggest assholes are repeat offenders), even if they are not arrested during the initial confrontation, an arrest warrant will be issued and they'll eventually be picked up for prosecution.

They do not. This event is actually proof of that. If Trump were still in office this would be all over the news. Democrats would be trying to imply or lying about the protests. They would say it was because of Trump. Why is this not all over the news APL?
