BLM up for a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE!

Well there's past lives. I believe in both. I know there's not much in the way of evidence.

I don't care too much about my past and future lives, if they exist, because I can't do anything about them now. I think the point is just the Golden Rule, right? Be a good person. Everyone should be the best person they can be.

how would you find evidence of a prior life? it doesnt exist now. no evidence to find.

it's called Saṃsāra .."cyclicality of all life"

Hindu believe in the reincarnation of self- Buddhists like myself believe that the un-perfected karma
( not reaching nirvanah) just goes back into the karmic pool, and is regenerated in another form, but not the same self

You were talking about good people suffering and bad people not suffering. If there are past lives, Karma is not limited to just one life.

No evidence as of yet to SHOW to others. People, especially kids, claim to remember their past lives all the time.

There's zero scientific evidence since there's zero evidence of anything beyond the physical universe. Like the Big Bang, we know it happened. We just don't know why.

you start off like tabula rasa -a blank slate.
individual karma does not determine you next incarnation starting point ( an again, there is no reincarnation of self)

karma is describe as weaving a fine silk. if there is an imperfection, it cannot be undone, it's in the fabric
but you can live free of imperfection after that blemish

Sorry, but eyewitness testimony isn't worth much unless supported by scientific fact.

Long story short, my wife took a couple of our indoor cams with IR night vision to her sister's house to catch a suspected four-legged thief. She saw the intruder(s) but also saw flashes of light that moved around, sometimes erratically, and varied in size. She and her older sister suspected ghosts, possibly the sister's dear, departed husband who had lived in the house for over 30 years. I said, "It's a fucking bug lit up by the IR lights". She didn't approve of my analysis.

Oh yes the famous orbs. You get that all the time with pictures too.

It's a big mystery to be sure.
it's like conservation of energy
if your karma is perfected you "blow out" and get off the Wheel of cyclical rebirth
If not perfected, that energy has to go someplace, and we think it goes back to the karmic "pool" to be reanimated

Agreed. I'm a big believer that there is more to existence than what we see in front of our noses, but there's no evidence of its nature.

To resolve this conflict, I've thought about how people go to first grade and move up through the grades. It'd be silly, if not creepy, for a teenager to come sit and fingerpaint in First Grade again. Normally they just move on.

Laws of the Natural Universe, such as the Laws of Thermodynamics, do not exist outside Space/Time, meaning outside of our little bubble of a universe.

It's beyond my education level, but things change in Quantum Physics too.

Billy Madison did just that. ;)
