Just as a reminder, Caldwell was an alt right political appointee. He was one of the political appointees brought in by trump, not a Defense Department staffer.
In fairness to him, he looks younger than he is. He is probably somewhere in his late 30's. It might be an old picture, or he might just look young. I mention that because a lot of these political appointees are actual teenagers, as crazy as that sounds.
