I think i've figured it out (being the political genius I am). I think Slo-Joe gets to do the foreign policy
(which he's bungled already)
but the handlers and President Harris do the Progressive domestic agenda...just my gut feeling, but i trust my gut

Probably right or close to it. President Harris has very little foreign policy experience whereas Joe does. He’s never once been right about anything in foreign policy but it can’t be said he’s not experienced.

But Joe’s foreign policy notions have to be cleared by the Deep State Department before they can be implemented.
