Seriously you don't know about Boston's reputation? It goes back DECADES.
Facts are facts. Boston hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1930. Suck it up, buttercup.

Since you don’t know what a conviction means…you may have already been convicted. And if I have and I was convicted in a court of law I would be a felon.
I have so far avoided conviction. Unlike Trump.
“More than you do.”LOLOLOL. Sure, sure, sure.
Of course you have. Of course.
More than you do.
Facts are facts. Boston hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1930. Suck it up, buttercup.
I don't vote for demmycunts.......Hey, you are OK with felons running the country.
I’ve already provided a link for the legal definition of a “conviction.”Then show me where conviction is dependent upon sentencing. I'll wait. Because I know I'll be waiting a VERY long time.
I know with 100% accuracy you will not do this. I've seen all you trailer park attorneys do the same thing over and over again.
It's been clear for YEARS
Facts are facts. Boston hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1930. Suck it up, buttercup.
For the edification of other posters:
“You are not convicted of a crime until you are found guilty by a jury or enter a plea to a certain type of plea deal. In other words, you are not convicted of the crime until a judgment and sentence has been entered and certain criteria are met.”Jun 8, 2023

A person is considered "convicted" of a crime only when a court formally finds them guilty, either through a jury verdict of guilty or by entering a guilty plea in a plea deal, and a judgment and sentence are then issued; essentially, a conviction is not finalized until the court has officially declared guilt and imposed a punishment.
Key points about conviction:
- Requires a finding of guilt: A conviction means a court has determined, beyond a reasonable doubt, that a defendant committed a crime.
- Guilty plea or jury verdict: This finding of guilt can come from a jury verdict or a defendant's guilty plea.
- Sentencing is necessary: A conviction is not complete until a sentence is imposed by the court.
NY State:That's Oklahoma. Try New York State.
I can believe that, I don't know why you're having difficultly with it?I don't believe they can help themselves.
NY State: conviction occurs upon either pleading guilty or receiving a guilty verdict. The judgment of conviction occurs when sentence is imposed. It is the entry of a judgment of conviction that begins the defendant’s time to appeal. See NY Criminal Procedure Law 1.20(13)-(15).
Yes, once convicted you get sentenced. Trump was convicted. I see that however as being done in the same way Blacks and poor White rednecks were convicted in the Old South for "crimes." No need for solid evidence. No need to follow the letter of the laws. Just put 'em in front a jury of reliable, like-minded, folk and it's 'off to the electric chair with you...'

There has been no sentencing in Trump’s NY trial…hence no conviction,
The corrupt judge has delayed sentencing because he knows Trump will appeal and win.
There has been no judgement of conviction.
NY Criminal Procedure Law 1.20(13)-(15).
Good enough TA?

That would be a wonderful act to bomb Boston into oblivion. My problem with that is I unfortunately live North of Boston on the Taxachusetts and the Live Free or Die state of the N.H. border. As long as the bombing doesn't spread that far north I would be happy to see that or something similar to the utter destruction of that radical leftist/communist sanctuary shit hole city.We could always invite Putin to Nuke Boston.
Putin gets to act the tough guy, we get rid of a bunch of insurrectionists, and if we play the order right, about 15M of the illegals are inside the city when it glows.

If she defies Federal laws and mandates on illegals she needs to be jailed.Boston's Sanctuary City Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu said 'HER' city won't cooperate with the looming mass deportation operation from the incoming Trump administration--even as the region sees a number of illegal immigrants with criminal charges released back onto the streets. And Taxachusetts Democrat governor Maura Healy is on board with this dereliction of duty as well. The crime from illegals in Boston doesn't quite reach the level of illegals' crime in N.Y.C. as of yet, but they're going all out to reach that level of insanity.
