Boulder police warn of 'active shooter at the King Soopers' supermarket

Then why aren't Democrats going after the cause, not the symptom.....again?

Gotta find ‘em before you fix ‘em. Meanwhile, mental illness or not, there are still too many guns, too easily accessible by too many people who should never have them in the first place.

You're free to insult. The point being that Heller solidified an inalienable right as a matter of law.

No inalienable right allows you to harm me or vice versa out of fear, intimidation or force.

Wrong, again, pally boy. In fact, just the opposite. It recognized that the 2nd is anything but inalienable. That right is not possessed by everyone, at any place, or at any time.

“In District of Columbia v. Heller, Justice Scalia rightly recognized that the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms is not absolute. It has never been unlimited, not at the time of the Framing and thus not today. The Second Amendment, Justice Scalia explained, enshrined a pre-existing right that was subject to "important limitation"; it plainly was not a right to have and carry any weapon in any manner for any purpose. That is, in colonial times, one had a right to keep and bear only certain weapons in certain manners for certain purposes. And Justice Scalia emphasized that the same weapon- manner-and-purpose limitations that applied in the Framing era still apply today.”

Pretty funny, a post regarding a current shooting at a supermarket in Colorado with multiple victims quickly turns into a accusations on bums and welfare

Just goes to prove that mass shootings in America is as American as apple pie, Americans have become desensitized, and the right’s solution is more guns and easier access to more guns. If that worked, America should currently be the safest developed nation in the world given we have more guns in circulation than any other developed nation in the world, instead, we lead all developed nations in gun violence

The sheer number of guns is one issue. The broader issue is the refusal to take even the most basic steps to keep guns out of the hands of people with mental issues.

They have to pass sweeping voter suppression laws in order to keep common sense laws from being passed by sane legislators.

how many guns did this shooter use?
Stop rushing in to make a flawed point, and read the actual posts before you offer such silly language.

Now we know that this guy is paranoid, and delusional. He bought the gun six days before the murder spree.

Which makes my post, which you chose to redact because you didn't like the factual nature, even more appropriate.

The right of self defense is possessed by everyone, everywhere, all the time. That right includes the use of any means, including any gun.

The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the Constitution or to destroy inherent rights.

No he didn’t, he bought the gun on the same day as the shootings

Corona shut down the economy. Over 100,000 businesses have shuttered. Do you know that results in a shortage of job opportunities? I know you do not care.

No. Not at all. Plenty of companies stayed open and flourished. There are STILL more job openings than people willing to work in this country. Educate yourself dumbfuck.

Do you mean the FARM BILL handouts to the Corporate farmers for sitting on their RICH FAT ASSES?

Cut that handout out, and the real farmers will be happy to farm again!

No. I am talking about the progressive liberals sitting on their asses with their hands out. Is that clear enough idiot?

Poopeye, I hate to have to tell you, but you're dumbest fuck on this forum.

That's what I heard originally, but today I heard it was six days. It doesn't matter how many days. A person with a mental disorder should not have a gun.

Hence our basic ideological differences: You believe the will of all should always triumph over the individual and I believe individual rights are the basis of all human freedom.

Bet some shrink put him on meds recently. This is virtually always the case. If only there was a connection somehow.....

IMO, they're being conditioned to do these things. Some of them are are being conditioned to do these things. Not all, but some.

Find out who that motherfucker's psych doctor was and if they're still around.

Also, he was Muslim, so could be another Allah Akbar.

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa

Yah, it was an Allah Akbar moment.

"Alissa Came to the United States at Age 3 From Syria, His Facebook Page Says"

This is why you don't import people from 3rd-world countries with vastly different ideologies.
