BREAKING:colorado school shooting

Suburban kids came to Oakland to buy drugs back then. They could have gotten guns as well if they wanted them. Every generation of kids has their own challenges/issues but something about kids these days say shoot up schools when they didn’t when I was coming up in the ‘80’s.

Well, that is where we disagree, I still say it is the easy access to too many guns, and you appear looking for some cultural reason

A young man (unarmed) gave up his life at the last one

A hero

he hardly got mentioned in the news

UNCC shooting: Riley Howell fought gunman, saved lives

It was very easy to get a gun in Oakland in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s, and this was pre-internet, yet kids weren’t shooting up schools. So something has changed. What is it that makes kids today want to shoot up their schools that kids (for the most part) from previous generations didn’t?
Excellent point.

guns in their homes

The internet helps makes access to many things easier. But for those who were so determined guns were readily available in the pre-internet days. Yes I do believe cultural issues have played a major role. Kids today growing up in the internet/social media time have it very different than all the rest of us did.

Now I’m not suggesting just eliminate social media and all these problems will be gone but I also don’t think it’s a coincidence that school shootings have become more prevalent in the internet/social media age.

When will this end?

I know of the solution.

The inmates will oppose it.

The wardens would abide it.

Even if a majority stumble into it, it's the minority that would still rear its ugly head.

STOP EATING COW AND THEIR HUSBANDS AND THE CALVES.

Okay Okay! I know!

Here is the status quo:

Humans feed their babies EVERYWHERE

with milk gotten from a nurse-maid....

When the nurse maid is dried...

A barbecue dispatches the nurses.

Unbeknownst is
that factory workers
toil in traffic and shifting climates
to afford the chance to buy milk
to have the strength to report
to a factory ideally nearest home.

COW AND THEIR HUSBANDS AND BROTHER-IN-LAWS
ARE THE BEST ANIMALS FOR AGRARIAN LIVING
[NOT MULES BUT BOVINES!]

The maxim really is:
40 acres and a COW & OX

But none of that really offers any solution to the problem, you have to start with what you do know

There exists three common variables to nearly every mass shooting; the shooter, the target, and the weapon making it all possible. No way we can identify every potential shooter out there. We can defend suspected targets, but there are too many potential targets for a shooter to move towards for effect. The only element we can even begin to control is access to the weapon, common sense

Until people care enough about the kids to harden the schools and protect them. Why is it so fucking difficult, you people are fucking idiots.

Then the next shooter will move on to senior citizen housing, or hospitals, or train stations, or day care centers, Little League games, etc., etc., etc.. Too many targets to "harden and protect"
