What is the building open when they entered?
Are they shitting on the floor?
Are they threatening to harm anyone?
Did they have to break windows to get in?
Have they harmed any police officers?
Are they intentionally preventing a constitutionally required hearing from taking place?

I suspect it’s a peaceful protest, not an insurrection.


The list is your criteria for an insurrection. Absent these you assessed the protest described in the OP as not rising to the level of an insurrection. Now what did I "twist"? Be specific.

They are also not attempting to interfere with Government business.

There have been only two attempts to attack the Capitol in the last 200 years. One was Al Queda, who was foiled by 40 passengers who brought down the plane that was being used as a weapon. The other was by Trump supporters, who successfully breached the Capitol, attacked Capitol police officers, and were prepared to execute people. They were foiled by Mike Pence. Which at the end of the day is pretty damn embarrassing.

So again you listed all that useless shit to keep busy. No one at the Capitol on j6 was "attempting to take power" and nothing on your asinine would indicate that's what was happening. What we know is pseudo cops murdered an unarmed woman.
