BREAKING - United States Marshals have entered the DC prison that is refusing to release the remainder of their January 6 hostages!

This is probably the most important event in the history of America, since the declaration of WAR against Japan and Germany, in WWII.

No, I am not. They receive from the Justice Department the paperwork that a pardon has been granted. It is their job to notify the inmate and then begin--immediately--the process of release. There's no waiting period, no questioning the pardon.
I know you think you are making it better, but if anything, you are making it worse. So some anonymous Justice Department bureaucrat interprets the pardon, which means if they make a mistake, there is no appeal? I would prefer a judge does that.

Whoever interprets it, there must be a decision which criminal convictions are covered under the pardon, and which are not. Then there is a decision which of whether there are pending charges, and whether those pending charges are covered under the pardon. Remember that only the January 6th crimes have been pardoned, and only the federal crimes at that.

Under normal circumstances, an arraignment to possibly release the prisoner within three business days must be called, but many times it can all be done within a day. This is not normal circumstances, and it does not appear that trump has put in the ground work, so some of these might take a few days.

The rule of law breaking down, being broken down by our abusers actual, is your sign that really shit times are ahead.
Maybe, but we are not at the point that US Marshals attack prisons to release prisoners. There is still a rule of law. We will see how much longer that lasts under trump.

If someone gets a Presidential pardon, they are released from prison or jail immediately. There is no court decision involved. The courts get ZERO say in that. The person is released. The prison or jail staff have ZERO alternatives to releasing them.
The problem is that Trump didn't pardon individual persons. That means there is no pardon with their name on it. How is the prison supposed to determine which prisoners are only being held on Jan 6 charges and which prisoners are being held for other crimes?

Tyrannical Trump issued a "full, complete and unconditional pardon to all individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021." This was a blanket pardon for all those involved.

However, he did specifically commute the sentences of 14 individuals, who were members of groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, convicted of more serious charges like seditious conspiracy.

Prisons can't release prisoners based on news reports. There must be paperwork sent to them. Because their lawyers haven't submitted paperwork to courts to get them released is not the prison's fault.

Who's told you "their lawyers haven't submitted paperwork to courts to get them released"?

  • There have been instances where some January 6th detainees remain imprisoned despite the pardons, sparking outrage over judicial delays and perceived defiance of executive authority. This situation suggests that not all legal processes have immediately or uniformly recognized the pardons, leading to confusion about who should be released and when.
  • The situation is further complicated because tyrant Trump's order did not apply to those who had not yet been convicted, meaning individuals still awaiting trial or sentencing have not been pardoned. This has led to misinformation and confusion regarding the scope and immediate effect of the pardons.

Based on the available information, there appears to be no explicit mention of attorneys representing pardoned January 6th prisoners failing to submit necessary paperwork for their clients' release.

Now the Neo-Nazis are quoting from the Big Ass Newspaper of Things That Never Happened. It is not how government, or the world works.

First off, the federal government has no prisons in DC. DC real estate is expensive, and the federal government has no legal impediment to moving prisoners over state lines(unlike the states). To save money, there are no federal prisons in DC.

The way you release someone from prison is by getting a court order. First the pardon comes down, and then because there is nothing left to hold them in prison, a court order to release them is given. The court order is taking longer, because it is a huge number of people, and because what they have been pardoned for is a bit vague. The solution to that is found in court, not in a prison break using US Marshals.

Most importantly, it did not happen.
How did the far left loons' "Neo-Nazis" horse mierda work out in the elections, Walter?

You loons never learn.

Poor Walter.

@Grok
What are the names of all those people pardoned since it wasn't included in the pardon? Do you think prisons even receive information on what the date the underlying crimes were committed or are they just concerned with the time to be served?
