This is how Giuliani, Trump, and Russians work. They are just trying to start a scandal in the 11th hour like they did in 2016 because it was effective- AND THEY NEED TO CHEAT AGAIN IN ORDER TO WIN!

It does ring a bell which is why one has to wonder how and why Biden would travel with a laptop that isn't encrypted or why any reasonable corporate IT security person would let him do so. Supposedly Biden delivered a laptop with an unencrypted hard drive to have someone copy data from it.

Voters are probably disgusted w/ all of the attempts to manufacture scandals, especially after the unmasking thing ended up being an embarrassment for conservatives.
