What a great press meeting yesterday. Bush kicked ass.

I loved the bit where he said that voters wouldn't be thinking about the Foley scandal on election day. The irony is that I wish it were true. LOL!I can't see the content either but here goes. Bush seems to have been mostly kicking his own ass and that asses of his followers.
Sure does. The entire membership of the Family Research Council had to change their pants after that one.Does this qualify as kicking ass:
BUSH: The stakes couldn't be any higher, as I said earlier, in the world in which we live. There are extreme elements that use religion to achieve objectives.
Well, does it???
It's called "in defense". All options usually means nuclear.I watched that press conference, I am a bit confused though. Bush says we won't invade or attack ( I forget which one) NK, but said he would keep all options on the table ???
It's a euphemism for nuclear. He took away invasion but was stating that nukes are on the table.
Political speeches are a whole different animal. Much like handshakes. Two leaders meet, they only shake hands and otherwise do not touch means: "Not allies". If the leaders reach out and touch each other's elbows while shaking hands it means: allies. If the leaders reach out and pat the back of the other leader in a "half-hug" it means: Friends and allies... so forth. So we are not to use what we learned in school to interpret the presidents speeches ?
Very cool. I hope you are successful. It is best not to smoke while hunting anyway. Remember it is the scented soaps that they can most easily detect "human" by. Use unscented soaps to shower before you go, and for your clothing as well....That's kind of the way I took it damo. Bush is doing what he can on damage control right now. We'll see if he's successful in about 25 days or so. BTW damo, starting the patch tomorrow when I go deer hunting. Have been cutting back on the smoking leading up to it. Thanks.
