Bush not only permanently disfuguring service members, but won't pay for disabilities

Sears blows me off all the time. The workers on the phone lines have no more stake in whether or not you get good service than a gov't worker.

Same with AT&T. They're the worst.

Sure man, but where do you feel more like a customer? Go to Sears and talk to their customer care, they give a shit, they want your business again in the future. Then try going to government for something, who do you complain to? Who really cares? You think they care whether you walk away and go elsewhere? You have no choice and they have no pressure to care.

People at Sears ARE kind of nice. In a rude, I want your money way.

Now, people who just completely don't give a shit and could do without you even existing, that's what I think of whenever I go to our healthcare system.

Yeah, they blanket you with "Thankyou's" and "sir's" and "It's nice to have your business" and they don't even listen to you whenever you talk.

LOL if you WORK for them then you are just an entirely different level of useless trash.

Just walk into the employee section of any business and you'll get what I'm talking about. They immediately go from having carpets that desperately attempt to plead with the customer to get your money to having the cheapest, most depressing, drab shit on Earth in their. The biggest case of this I ever saw was whenever I went backstage at DisneyWorld. Our band was supposed to go through the "magic gates", and it was supposed to be "magical". The 'Magic gates", however, lead to the employee sections, which was almost a trash dump.

They specifically asked us not to bring in cameras and told us they'd sue the band if we took pictures of the employee area. I could see why.

Most I find do, I certainly won't disagree with the fact that you can have disinterested employees in private business or government. BUT when unionized government employees fuck up, no one cares and they are almost never fired except with the most extreme incompetence. When employees in private business fuck up or don't care, the employer pushes for them to care by performance reviews tied to wages, by firing them or layoffs and by just getting on their ass.

It's not a perfect argument, I'm just saying you will always be treated better by private business. This was a lot more obvious in the old days when you could contrast capitalism to communism with it's bare shelves, years long waiting list for basic appliances and people who cared not a bit.

I would agree bigger business have more people who care less about customers than small business. But again, with more government and more regulations/taxes, you need to hire more lawyers/accountants and so on which favor a larger or corporate business model.
Government has grown with corporations growing. Reduce government and you reduce a lot (not all, but a lot) of the drive above for needing more people in a business (ie: a corporation).

sears are push overs. dumb asses put on there doors.. satisfaction guaranteed.. One time i just busted out yelling about a return quoting there satisfaction guarantee.. bothering other patrons till they gave me what i wanted.
