You must be referring to the after war occupation....there is a difference, even you don't understand the two terms and concepts...

After the wars....
US occupied Japan for about 6 years, Germany for about 10 years and Iraq for about 10 years (so far)

Now whats your point ?

Why do you hate the troops so much?

I can't imagine going up to anyone in our military in Iraq after the magical 3-week period, during a time when violence was at its worst, and telling them "oh, this isn't a real WAR you're in right now. Heck, didn't you see? Coalition forces said it was 'effectively over'."

One of my favorite things is how you always bend over backwards to give them "credit," though.

Only one guy made the decision to invade, bravo. You know - the "decider."

Nor would I imply the danger to the occupation troops wasn't real ....

the terrorists attacks were and still are taking a toll in Iraq.....

Now...do you have a point or not.....

We and our allies, kicked ass and that just an undeniable fact....

Well, the fact is....there was a VOTE on the matter....thats called democracy....and its true Bush had the final say so .....

Bush had the "final say so?"

Bravo - Bush made the decision. He wasn't presented with a directive to invade that he had to put his stamp of approval on. He made the call; this was his baby.

there is no true comparison to the two statements....

why don't you call out onceler for his hypocrisy instead of solely focusing on conservatives? no one said obama should be sent to a dangerous military zone with the high chance of being killed, all anyone said was that is funny, childish etc....

kicking ass and 'gonna' kick someone's ass are two different things, i would have thought someone with your education would know this

the hypocrisy is evident...you wanted to send bush to die in Iraq for saying "we're kicking ass" (doing well).....yet you whine that my laughing at obama for saying 'gonna' kick someone's ass is outrage etc....

it is simply showing that you exhibit extreme outrage over innocuous comments by bush, but when someone dares laugh at your messiah over his childish 'gonna kick someone's ass'....you freak out and go on a personal insult rampage
