My girlfriend goes to the Value Village in Redmond (of Microsoft fame) because she works in the city, and because it is a site where a wealthier doner pool resides. She bags items upwards of $300 in value for no more than $20.
A couple of years ago I got a Coach purse (not a knock-off) for $19.99. Also a Dior jacket for $5.99.
