Do you have a clue the the federal government is taking in millions in taxes from Calis dispenseries already prior to actual legalization????
 
Smarter what a tool. You need to read up on what's going on in Cali CNBC had a major dispencery operator say he pays oakland 300,000 annualy and several times that to the federal gov. Millions saw it.

i don't doubt that OAKLAND is receiving taxes. you will have to provide PROOF that the feds are getting tax revenue.

But Lee says right now the situation in California is murky. Medical marijuana dispensaries may be paying federal tax, but there's not always a paper trail to prove it. Medical marijuana vendors hope that their contribution to the state's tax coffers will bolster their legitimacy.
