There's all kinds of crap kids are into today, that I never thought of when I was a kid. Perscription narcotics is huge. Meth. Ice. All kinds of crap. Half of it I'm clueless about. And yes, white kids are doing those things in a big way.

White kids dont get profiled. When there is a suspect description that goes out in a black neighborhood they grab every guy on the street who is black and wearing similar clothing. Which means half the teens walking the street at that momment. Then the kid who had a joint in his pocket get tagged for the joint. The white kids dont get profiled withn the same frequecy as the other kids.

I was at the dog park and watched a kid in jeans and a grey hoody get rushed ,ordered to the ground atr gun point , frisked , questioned for 20 minutes and then let go. I said there was a high school just a couple of blocks away and I would Hate that to happen to my son.The people standing with me (including a black man)All said things like well he should not have that hoody on,(this woman has a black husband) it was fucking freezing outside I said .He probably deserves it( and that was the 65 year old black man saying that). I later pointed out to them that the young man was allowed to just walk away.

I know the police have to follow the discriptions they are given no matter how lacking they are but look at it from some 15 year old kids point of view who is just walking home from school to have this happen to him and to know it will much more likely happen to him again than all of his white friends?
 
25% of young blacks in prison many for pot and cocain.
I came accross the stats looking for positives in the medical marijuana fight.
It's disgusting, too many years of Republicans raping the middle and lower classes. At the same time ignoring science in many ways.

Whites don't get arrested because they're white.

That doesn't mean that they do it more--- that means that there are more white kids. An accurate comparison would be the percentage of white drug users and black drug users.

However, that has nothing to do with the debate, because the thread is about drug dealers.

And what percentage of society is white? And "as much as" is not a really accurate number, it is a guess. Stating a guess in percentages doesn't make it more accurate. It is, in fact, one of the easiest ways to make people believe that your guess is accurate. People see a statistic, they think that there was some valid form of study done. No valid study says "as much as".
 
I used to represent kids in Juvenile court. From experience I can tell you that kids of middle and upper middle class kids got consent decrees much more than poor kids. A consent decree is an order of the court that says if the child gets in no more trouble for 6 months or one year then the charge is dismissed. Poor kids very rarely if ever got this option. They mostly got suspended commitments to juvenile facilities with probation for the period of the commitment. That stays on the kids record as an adjudication of delinquent. Now my bet is the same can be said for EVERY community in america. There was a study done that YOU can go find or I will find it when I have time that said criminal charges against whites were much more likely to be handled extrajudicially and charges dropped than if you were a minority. I will find it on wednesday or thursday and post it here.

It means there are more whites doing it, thus should be indicative of increased opportunity for more whites to be arrested, regardless of the population percentages.

And it wouldn't take a mathematician to figure out that with far more whites using it, there would be far more white dealing it as users buy fom who they know.
