They are faster than greased lightning in my home town, a small rural shithole with one traffic light and a 20mph speed limit.

We don't have any cops where we live. They have to come up from Marquette. The rare times we've seen one driving by was during tourist season. Maybe to them it's called "Revenue Enhancement Season." lol

It’s actually the other way around. They can pinpoint where you are more accurately if you’re on a cell phone.

what's great about a cell phone is that the server has to let you dial 911 with no service minutes on the cell phone. Might be the same with LL's, dunno.
