What Immunities and privileges are afforded to citizens that are not afforded illegal aliens? If the answer is "none" as you and the other Marxists here demand, then there is no such thing as a "citizen." Not one of you can come up with anything, because you don't believe that the USA has a right to be a sovereign nation with borders.

Notice that the ones demanding immunity to commit crimes are you Stalinists, who demand that immigration law be ignored and those who violate it have complete immunity to do so.

There are few if any immunities offered. In fact, non-citizens have more immunities. They can live outside the USA and not pay US taxes, and are less likely to be prosecuted for US crimes outside the USA.

If you are looking for immunity from criminal prosecution, do not look to citizenship for them. My question is why are you so desperate to get out of prosecution for crimes?

If you are a citizen, you generally must still pay income tax.

And not just income tax for income in the USA. You need to pay income tax where ever you earn it.

So if you are a Canadian, working/living in the USA, you pay no Canadian income tax. If you are an American, working/living in Canada, you still have to pay American income tax on your foreign earnings. There is no magic citizens immunity from paying taxes.

And in some countries you must pay both, unless there is a treaty. I know in France, you get an exception for a certain amount of income.

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;"

This is affirmation that citizenship exists. This fact alone utterly destroys your open border demands. It also clearly delineates citizens from foreign nationals. Despite your demands that there is no distinction, that illegals have exactly the same rights and immunities as citizens, the law of the land, the Constitution, directly states otherwise.

Illegals do not have a "right" to a hearing prior to deportation, they do not have a right to be in the country at all. Citizenship exists, our borders exist, the rule of law exists. America exists, though you Stalinists deny that it does.
