Can the country be unified?

I live part-time in Boulder, CO. It's one of the most liberal cities on the planet. And I tell you: My liberal friends and I have armed ourselves to the teeth. We won't start a war, but we will sure as shit finish one.

Nobody is afraid of you Colorado stoners, pussy.

Yes, it does. One would think in the waning days of the Trump presidency as he releases the full power of his rage and insanity that his supporters would try to save a little face. They're all as good as dead to me, but some of them might be able to achieve some level of redemption among some people if they just woke the fuck up, stopped lying, and asked politely to rejoin the civilized society of thinking humans. Yet they would rather spend the final weeks of an insufferable year permanently abandoning honesty and any shred of integrity they built for themselves over the course of their lives. And it's not just internet posters. These psychopaths have developed the nerve to express their craziness and grotesque deceptions in person and in public. We have regressed to pre-Enlightenment days. Only now we're all plugged into the internet on mobile devices that tell us what we want to hear, even when it's false, 25 hours a day. Trump supporters should be sterilized and prevented from voting.

What an asshole. ^

Shhh! Don't let them know that we're armed too! We want it to be a surprise. They believe we're wimpy pushovers who are frightened by loud sounds. :rofl2:

I don't hate anyone; and it's not about disagreement. I don't mind when people disagree with me. On the other hand, I despise Trump supporters. It's not even political. You're either a good person or a bad person. People who support Trump are bad people.

I didn't know we could ban people from the threads we create. It's not my style to ban or block or ignore people, but I can't really blame BidenPresident. You can become insufferable quickly.

Thank you for, once again, epitomizing the Modern Liberal mindset. Again, it helps explain why 70% of all voting Americans are not Democrats.

These findings confirm that conservatives, liberals, the religious and the nonreligious are each prejudiced against those with opposing views. But surprisingly, each group is about equally prejudiced. While liberals might like to think of themselves as more open-minded, they are no more tolerant of people unlike them than their conservative counterparts are.

Political understanding might finally stand a chance if we could first put aside the argument over who has that bigger problem. The truth is that we all do.

The Biden era will determine the future of our nation. We were threatened with fascism. We need to tell Trump supporters that fascism is not allowed in our country.

I don't imagine a Biden era. He might make it four years. His job, in my opinion, is to put the country back on a path where it can be successful and its citizens can prosper in happiness, wealth, and health. Then (and now I'm just completely spit balling) Kamala Harris can take over and make the kinds of social progress we had in the 1960s and 1970s. Progressivism tends to take two steps forward and one step backward. Except for LGBTQ rights and some family/women medical protections, social progress in the US has been relatively stagnant my entire life. It's time to crush some walls and become better. By ridding ourselves of Trump (and hopefully imprisoning him very soon), we're on our way.

The American people defeated Trump. We can make our nation a better place. I am not waiting for Biden.

VP Harris has always been a centrist and not a progressive.

From your keyboard to Krom's ears. In your opinion, do most young people in your age group feel the same? My kids are ages 33 - 45, with one exception they agree with you. The oldest is somewhat more socially conservative although like any thinking human being completely rejects Trump and the Trump cult. I would dearly love to get more under-50-year-olds on board with things like a national health plan, low-cost or even free college and trade school education, improved infrastructure, and a downsizing of the defense budget. What progressive ideals interest you?

Are you saying you are all fucking racists

No. What an odd question. You must be a Trumpist. I'm not a racist, but if you and your KKK homeboys come rolling through my neighborhood, we're better prepared than you are.

It can.

But the problem is that too many Americans do not believe in democracy.

That is the problem. You cannot unify a nation if a large minority does not even want a democracy.

Did you assholes declare we should come together when Trump won? You fucking dumbasses set the table with derision and division and now, when you win, you think we should all come together and bend over for a leftist Progressive agenda??

FUCK all of you and your asinine hypocritical "come together" meme. You set that table, you will now EAT at it. After the 2022 midterms you won't have the legislature to do ANYTHING. That will suit Conservatives just fine. Then we can watch you whine like hypocritical cunts about a do-nothing Congress. You were just FINE with doing nothing when Trump was President weren't you?

You leftists give new meaning to the word moron. We're going to beat you over your empty heads with Biden's stupidity and failures for the next four years and then win back the White House.

Sorry dude I misunderstood you

My mistake

If you are unsure of what I believe go look at the threads I have started here since the site began

the country has never been unified in its history the unity thing went out the window when the United States bought Catholic Louisiana and it's been non-unified ever since. The country is in the process of traditioning from the old school Christian values to the new school human values. The idea that fundamentalist Christians will ever unify with atheists is absurd. The idea that lgbtqia will ever unify with people based on hate is absurd.

Another massive pile of ignorant and moronic bile. You seem to be quite full of it.

They do. The blunt side of the double-edged sword is that kindness and tolerance and understanding and redemption and compromise are all viewed as weaknesses by the mouth-breathing assfucks who will do anything and hurt anyone to advance their own priorities. More importantly, most Trump supporters are actually so fucking stupid that they don't know when they're promoting their own interests and when they're just supporting their party masters because they haven't had an independent thought for decades. They wait for Trump and Hannity and Limbaugh to tell them what to think. Then they vomit it all over the rest of us for 24 hours thinking that they somehow matter in the world. One thing I know for sure: If these pieces of shit want a civil war, it will be long and painful.

The Enlightenment in Europe was about overthrowing the power of the Church. Not to make religion illegal but to make it secondary to the authority of the political state.

Sieg Heill you Fascistic dumbass.
