Clearly they can't. They are not physically or emotionally capable of handling these types of stressful situations.

But for some reason the modern day feminist movement has tricked everyone into believing that on the whole, women are equally physically as capable as men. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Not only can this woman not take a punch, but look how she overreacts.

Now to be fare, I would suspect that many of the estrogen laden males on JPP would act just as she is acting so......

Can you imagine what folks would say about a dude that acted like that after getting punched once even if he wasn't a cop? I mean, collapsing to the floor, crying uncontrollably about how he "ruined my face"... crying so hard that nobody could clearly understand what I said. That would pretty much end a career in law enforcement.

IT works both ways, the average woman and the average man are different. They have different natural capabilities, on average. Some of that is societal and some is biological.

There are however women who are stronger than 90% of men, and there are men who are better than 90% of women at understanding emotions.

There is value to what they bring to law enforcement, even if they aren't the extremely small percentage that are stronger than most men. I should make sure that if I speak in a thread like this that my opinions are fully covered so I don't appear to be in agreement.

Women often cannot do everything that men can do, but that does not mean they do not bring value to the job. Most men will never reach the level of understanding that she could bring to the table. If your only tool is strength, then every response will be to "Hulk Smash" it into submission. Men and women are both valuable on that job.

That being said. If a dude cried like that from one punch... I don't know if he'd survive in that job.

Agree.

Its is important not to exclude individuals because they possess traits not associated with whatever category they are in. We need to make room for the outliers, because they are valuable.

It is not helpful that anyone cries like that in public.
 
only about 10% of men are 'athletic' and 'strong' and all the rest are substantially below them in that regard.

By the metric of saying 'women are weaker than men and therefore...' if being used then you would have to also say 90% of men are weaker than other men and therefore....


It is simply stupid to try and act as if that is any measure for competence outside a very remote few tasks where strength is key to the duties.

The majority of policing does not involve in physical strength and thus a woman or a weaker male who is better on all those aspects but weaker than a meathead cop who can punch hard is the more valuable person to the force, since cops usually engage physically in overwhelming numbers.
