Got a pretty good deal on a piece of property about 3 miles from a new parkway exit that will be going in in about 4 years. Have it leased with option to buy at a good price if I buy it within a year. It has enough road frontage to divide into 4 lots. Also new horse arena going in nearby
I estimate about a 400% minimum profit.

Looking for something to get into if oil gets hammered, I'll sell the oil stocks and buy pharma's, biotechs, and real estate if it has bottomed.
