How is Canada a "friendly" neighbor? They are protectionist with our imports, they have significant tariffs to protect their own industry and they seldom if ever support our international efforts. They are very nationalistic and boo our anthem over perceived insults.
Describe this "friendly" nature you are seeing.
PS. I am married to a Canadian and have a second home in Toronto.
How would their country become another state? Describe how that impossible scenario could occur.
