I don’t believe I gave them much thought until Trump made them a centerpiece in his first administration. Then like all things, I researched them.

I do recall mentioning them in some posts arguing about taxes in the past. I correctly pointed out that the US funded the gobblement almost exclusively with tariffs at one point.
