No, the term is illegal. Many illegals have documentation with them of some sort, having overstayed their visa, but all persons in the US who are there in violation of immigration laws are illegally in the US, hence illegals.

A security guard at another of Newsom's weed farms,

Retes refused to show ID when asked, and was arrested along with the dozens of illegals working to grow drugs.

When he was fingerprinted, ICE discovered his identity and released him. Of course this means Retes has a criminal record and his prints were on file. He was in custody less than 6 hours.

I think he's mimicking Into the Night, which is about as pathetic as I think a person can get. I simply don't take Terry seriously any longer. He can't assert dominance over me.

Retes was in the US Army. That means his fingerprints were on file as those are taken on induction and today are put into a national database. I don't know if Retes has any criminal record, and I'm dubious about his being a "disabled veteran." He's clearly a veteran, and that's fine. By Retes' statements he did four years active duty and was discharged. It's unusual for a veteran to be "disabled" when they did their full service.
