Car Was TURNING AWAY From Officer When He Fired

You will get charged for moving a car that a cop ordered younot to? She was turning down the road.

If so she probably didn't realize the penalty for not complying was death. Anyway, she probably didn't hear him or if she did she was under the correct impression that he is not a cop, that was she not an illegal, and therefore he had no lawful ground for stopping her.

Her window was down and he was right there... Everyone knows that if an officer tells you to get out of the car for any reason you do... If you haven't done anything wrong then there's nothing to worry about.... She wasn't a teenager... And I'm sure she knew who they were.... Even more reason not to go ahead and pull away..... Do I think she meant to hit anyone intentionally...no....But Seriously... who in their right mind would move in a situation like that? As I mentioned previously I just watched something very similar happen here in town... So many lives ruined because of a very poor decision on the driver's part...

They were shouting confusing orders, one telling her to leave, another telling her to get out of her vehicle.

She was not obliged to follow their orders. They are not policemen. They have no authority over citizens other than to keep them from interfering with immigration enforcement and she was not interfering with immigration enforcement in any way.

Why not just get out of the car.... At two minute conversation might have been the differemce...have resolved everything... What was she going to prove by just ignoring them and taking off? Maybe she wasn't aware of the officer in front , but he was there... The minute she put that car into her... Everything changed...
 
He MAY have thought his life was in danger (I doubt it, but benefit of the doubt & all) - but watching the video, it clearly wasn't. She was moving slowly & turning away from him; he didn't even lose his footing.

And to armchair QB it - if you were in that position and you thought your life was in danger, your instinct would be to jump back further from the car. Not to aim a gun and fire.

Regardless, people on both sides will disagree on this for years. But one thing we can ALL agree on is that once again, Trump lied & mischaracterized the situation in his usual jaw-dropping fashion, which is something we're so used to at this point that it barely merits a story in the MSM or anywhere.
 
The ICE agent is ALIVE,...the LibTurd is DEAD,......can you guess who is the one who made a series of dreadfully wrong and extremely stupid decisions in this episode? ;)

She should not have moved the car at all.... Especially not immediately after he told her to get out of the car... All of the politicians who had press conferences , misspoke , to some extent because there has been no investigation.... But the Bottom line is.... she made terrible decisions...And unfortunately it cost her hervlif3... And we'll ultimately change an effect , many other... I've seen this before, and it's so unfortunate.And so avoidable... Just a little common sense..a bit of patience.... The officer was right there... Say something to him... an officer was directly in front of the car... You can't put the car in gear and go... I just can't even believe she thought it was okay...

She panicked, obviously.

Did shooting her make the situation more safe for people on the street - or less safe?

He never thought his life was in danger. He was angry because the poor woman wouldn't open her car door. It was a rage killing.
