I love bird, too. Do you like the wild variety as well as the domesticated?

Seafood is my weakness when it comes to food.
 
Never had Game animals.

Been a city girl all my life.

I like to leave to the wild what belongs to the wild.

Im sure I have caused many a chicken to suffer though.
 
Nothing like ripping and tearing into a good steak!

While I will confess to being a filet afficiando, nearly any steak will do, cooked right. Then again, I have zip against fish or fowl. Yummm.

Still I haven't a problem hurting a plant in addition to an animal. Just call me a member of the top of the food chain. :clink:
 
I would imagine the hardest part is the proper deboning.(especially the fly--HE HE) But rest assured Damo. My first cookout will include your Jamalya--I kept the recipe (but I would still add Semi-raw sunchokes, or water chesnuts, and mushrooms)
Yeah, I change it up according to feeling.
