Has everyone gotten theirs in the mail yet? Will you fill it out fully? I haven't looked at it yet but do we have answer questions like race or can I just put the number of people in my household? If I answer the race question with 'human' do I risk getting in trouble?
 
Why wouldn't you answer the race question? Because it's popular amongst conservatives to awkwardly stand aghast and pretend that race doesn't exist?
 
I dont understand why conservatives are all upset over the census asking a couple questions but are fine with... taking away civil rights of individuals and trying them criminally in military courts, warrantless wire taps, and the lack of equal protection under the law....

Yup. I've gotten three total. One last year about the upcoming Census, another early in this year telling me about the letter I got last year and one recently telling me that I should get my Census form by the mid-month....

I'm quite informed about the arrival of a form that is supposed to be 10 questions long this time if you get the short form.

Wow. Was just a simple question. I was curious to what the federal response would be to people who did that. If it will make you feel better please change the question from the one of race to the one of sex and the person puts Yes as their answer.

I am just upset at all they are spending advertising this thing. We do it every 10 years. What's the big deal this year? How many commercials do we need reminding us it is the census year?

When Obama came into office on of his first usurpations was to make the Census and put in under White House control. Poor and stupid people are potentially more likely not to complete the forms, but they are also more likely to vote Democrat, so he's working overtime to let these people know that they need to be counted.
 
And with the way they've been driving the Census (moreso than any time in my life), I can't disagree with your SM.
 
Well I'll be ineterested in all the whining by the Repubs after the Census is complete and the Dems start gerrymandering. Will they be as big a cry babies as the Dems were in 2000?

That is certainly his perogative. Just as it will be the Democraticly controlled congress to start gerrymandering districts based on the census results. Don't be a crybaby hypocrit. Republicans did the same thing in 2000.
