Yes, it says it's a "procedural vote to move the impeachment to the judiciary committee".

So far 3 republicans have voted for it. it's 212 to 192 for.

I am watching it right now live on Cspan, the resolution passed, the republicans freaked out and started booing and now it went silent they are voting on some motion about it. It's very confusing, but that is what happened.
