So, do we get to invoke Catch-22, and call him Mitt Binderminder? Especially because his story about seeking out women appears to be false?

Anyway, I’d like to throw in my two cents on Romney’s most easily demonstrated blunder, his claim that Obama waited two weeks before calling the Benghazi attack an act of terror....So naturally Romney tried to go after Obama not for what he did or didn’t do, but for his supposed failure to talk tough enough.

But then how did Romney get it so wrong? And if you read the transcript, by the way, Obama was clearly enjoying this — it seems as if he knew what was coming:

MS. CROWLEY: Governor, if you want to reply just quickly to this, please.

MR. ROMNEY: Yeah, I — I certainly do. I certainly do. I — I think it’s interesting the president just said something which is that on the day after the attack, he went in the Rose Garden and said that this was an act of terror. You said in the Rose Garden the day after the attack it was an act of terror. It was not a spontaneous demonstration.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Please proceed.

MR. ROMNEY: Is that what you’re saying?

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Please proceed, Governor.

MR. ROMNEY: I — I — I want to make sure we get that for the record, because it took the president 14 days before he called the attack in Benghazi an act of terror.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Get the transcript.

MS. CROWLEY: It — he did in fact, sir.

So let me — let me call it an act of terrorism — (inaudible) —

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Can you say that a little louder, Candy? (Laughter, applause.)

MS. CROWLEY: He did call it an act of terror.

Amazing. But here’s where the second piece of the right-wing mentality comes in. They know, just know, that Democrats are wimps on national security. Hey, they care about the poor, they have some qualms about torture. So inside the right-wing bubble it’s just a known fact that Obama can’t have called terror by its true name.

And so Romney tried to exploit a not-great moment in Obama foreign policy, and ended up making a fool of himself.

Yet the facts show that you are wrong yet again Desh. It was not a lie. It was yet another attempt by the media to cover up for Obama. Note, she covered up for him in front of everyone watching the debate, yet how many of them will see that she was wrong to do so?

But that doesn't matter to you, does it Desh? You just want to stomp your feet and pretend it is the Reps that are lying. When in fact it was yet again Obama who was trying to mislead the public... with the media covering for him yet again.

The internets can now show quicky their lies.


They are the party of lies run by sociopaths.



Only a sociopath would lie non stop in the face of clear facts.

They have NO remorse for their lies and dont care if they are caught as long as they can confuse enough people to win an election.


They only work for the wealthy in this country at the expense of the vast majority of Americans.


They hate democracy and want only the weathy to have control of everything.

You should actually read it yourself. You clearly do not know what it said. Just because he said the words 'terrorist act' in the speech did not mean he was calling the embassy attack in Libya an act of terrorism. EVERYTHING his admin stated in the two weeks after the attack showed they did not think it was an act of terrorism, but rather a protest over a video. He even stated that in the very same speech you obviously haven't read.

Obama clearly says "acts of terrorism" yet you bots continue to parse...It doesn't change anything of merit, Romney's attitude sucks and it was on full display last night. 70 million people saw for themselves who Mittins is and it wasn't pretty. He's an aggressive bully who lies at the drop of a hat...he lies even when he doesn't have to...it's pathological.

Obama called the act an act of terror and she says it right in that tape.

Again, what context did he state the words? We all know the words are there. But look at what else he stated in the same speech in addition to what his admin proclaimed for two weeks. It is completely dishonest to pretend he was saying the embassy attack itself was due to terrorism. Context matters.
