uh, they come from the Supreme Court....perhaps you have heard of it.....the link you just provided says the same thing.....9th Circuit reversed 107 times, vacated 33 times....only affirmed 35 times between 99 an 08.....the district that came in second was only reversed 45 times.....the facts just keep fucking you over

Of course you know that the 9th is the largest court with the most judges and the most cases. To be honest, you would have to factor that in. Fact is you are nitpicking to avoid the whole point as usual. Of course the 9th gets the most volatile cases too because it is a gateway to the Supremes.

what the fuck do you mean by gateway to the supremes?......do you mean every fucking liberal knows that its the easy way to get a case decided in their favor?........long and short, nitwit is that the 9th Circuit has a reputation for deciding cases the wrong way and getting their asses handed to them by the Supreme Court, even before the balance of power shifted away from abject lib'rul stupidity.......
 
How the fuck stupid are you? The Supremes take a lot of cases from the 9th. I understand you rightys have a belief system that includes a persecution complex. Anything not in favor of rightys is a cabal of left wing cheaters taking away your god given right to decide all. The 9th is just another court, only the biggest case load and most judges.

they do take a lot of cases from the 9th, probably because so many of their cases are appealed........and they reverse most of them.....you're the silly fucker who thinks that a reversal percentage of 100% (two out of two reversed) is a worse record than 17 out of 21 reversed......
 
The Scotus is politically motivated and totally corrupt, but that's beside the point of this thread. Roberts has departed from support of Trump to support of Republican ideals and made a statement to that effect. He will be well prepared for when the Repubs finally are forced to throw Trump to the wolves.

This could be Roberts speaking out just in time, as in 2 years early.

Roberts is a smart Republican and he took the correct stand on Obamacare because he foresaw the fact that the people would turn to accepting it when the positive effects started to be felt. The Republicans have already started to get on board and Roberts won't need to flipflop in order to keep pace.
 
Trump fired back in a cleverly worded tweet essentially saying that we have to fight against judges in order to have rule of law. He equated the 9th with chaos injury and death, apparently building on his theme that the refugees are criminals.

If Trump was a salesmen, he could sell freezers to the Eskimos.
 
PP you grasp for random numbers that you think back your incorrect premises no matter how extraneous they are. 9th is the biggest court with the most judges. Can you understand that they would be expected to have the most overturned cases and also the most not overturned.? Why would that matter anyway.?Trumps implication is that the 9th is the worst judged court, without any proof. Trump is a noise maker and you seem to be one too.

But what does that tell you? Nothing. We can quibble about whether Trumps claim is right, while ignoring the point that Trump claims it is biased against him. Isn't that point and it is not proven . Trump is making noise to deflect from his endless criminal activities.

Much bigger than that. Trump is trying to hurt all the institutions that provide checks and balances, He is attacking the FBI, the generals, The justice department, the courts and anyone else who stands up for the law in the face of his dictatoral desires.Trump is writing a "how to"book on how to diminish the checks and balances the founders created. He is a serious threat to the American experiment.

Trump is deep into nepotism and allowing a right-wing TV network to nearly run the show. He is diminishing the institutions and the prestige of America across the globe.
Now Trump is fighting with the Supreme Court judges. Is there anyone or anything he cannot insult?
I did not even include his attacks on the legitimate press while pushing conspiracies and the Vulpine press. Trump is very dangerous.
