No the DOW is down 1098 points as of now.
It was at 43487.83 the day Trump took over and is at 42389 right now.
The DOW and other markets have taken a big hit since Trump took over and with his BS and it may take a long time to get back to the level it was at when Biden left.

I doubt it will go back up and over until Trump's Trade Wars are over.

Do you guys even know what was negotiated? How did China win?

There is a 30% tariff on Chinese products and China is putting a 10% tariff on American products. And in your world, China won? That is what you are saying?
