China Furious

I thought this could be Lorax too, but I don't see Lorax using the word whore. I am starting to think it's Watermark.

Not that it matters. It's a funny troll whoever it is.

Yes. I heartily approve of topspin lampoonery.

First of all, I don't give a crap about Iran. We don't need to 'talk' with them, we don't need to war them, their ain't no damn 'crisis', it's all BS. Meeting with a man who is an international symbol of peace that China hates because he makes them looks like the human rights nutcases they are does not equate to pissing off a NATO ally that is threatening to attack a country we currently occupy. Whether or not we think it's right to be there in the first place or not, I do not want to put our troops in any more danger in Iraq. We want to piss off Turkey, then get the hell out of Iraq FIRST, then let them do what the hell they want.

Do you think Turkish troops are going to be killing US soldiers? I don't know where all of this "it would be a disaster for our troops" comes from in the first place, and in the second place, that resolution will have no bearing on whether or not Turkey decides to go over, in my opinion.

It would further destabilize the region, and you know Bush's policy... send more troops. The effect Turkey would have could be both direct and indirect. Creating more hatred amongst Iraqis, and the Kurds hate us... yeah I don't see that as beneficial.

You've already seen my oppinion and, like I said, I've been listening to a University Professor of International Relations on why Turkey is making this move now. What was the straw that broke the Camel's back with them that made them decide to threaten to do it now if it isn't for the diminishing relations we have with them?

Did you know China just made it so reincarnation was against the law unless the government apporves? That country is a fucking joke and I can't beleive we take them so seriously...

That is like asking what was the straw that broke Israel's back and made them attack Lebanon and cluster bomb children, if it wasn't the two kidnapped Israeli soldiers?

Well, it was Israel waiting for those kidnappings, to make their move.

Also, is Turkey in Iraq? No. You have no idea if it's anything other than a bluff.

And finally, I have come to the conclusion, after years of not being able to make sense out of all of these bad moves in Iraq, that this adminstration wants chaos there. That is their plan. So if bush is against turkey going in, I don't see it causing big problems. An attack on Iran would do all the things you and SF were claiming this would do.

The fact is, we won't find out, because if we don't want Turkey in, they won't be in. It's pretty simple really.

We have to take China seriously, they are a major power in military and economics. They could wreck our economy by just cutting off exports to us.
and yes it would hurt them, but they are pretty much used to having much less than we are.
