China sees the U.S. trade deal as a huge win for Beijing

you unable to focus on the quoted part retardo? why do you support chinese leaders that employ slave labor?
I haven't seen any nonpartisan sources reporting that Trump extracted major concessions from China.

This just looks like a delay, and China got Trump to back down to where we were two months ago.

How else would they see it? If Trump ass raped the entire Central Party and XI himself raw, twice--like a two-week stay at Epstein's island--they'd say on news reports they got a great deal.
This is complicated. The government is pushing Chairman Mao's old lines like "We will not bend" on billboards in the Beijing airport. The older Chinese swallow this hook line and sinker. The younger ones don't believe, but are cautious when speaking out loud.
Many factories producing goods previously being shipped to the US, sat idle with no explanation to the workers who went unpaid.
Make no mistake, China was not happy with the election of Trump. With this temporary agreement, China will go to great lengths to sell their people the story that they beat Trump into submission. The media and the unthinking sheep will believe that bullshit and who cares? It gives the receptionist reason to troll and the conservatives the right to call him out for the fools they are.

China sees the U.S. trade deal as a huge win for Beijing

In the eyes of the Chinese public, negotiators from Beijing appear to have convinced President Donald Trump's administration to roll back most of the 145% tariff rate that Trump imposed, and slash them to 30%.

They're arguing that their defiant public posture worked — and was a major reason they were able to strike a deal with U.S. officials in Switzerland with relatively few concessions.

Crazy Trump's trade war backfired in a spectacular fashion, and Crazy Trump was desperate for a trade deal, so I suspect That China got a sweet heart deal.

So far there's been a lot of PR, and not much in details about the talks with China.

Sure China is happy because they are no longer staring down a gun barrel.

What we have is a very partial very temporary tariff cease fire, with talks to follow......that is all.

People are getting out over their skis.....America is still a declining imperial empire out to harm China and the Chinese know it.

We'll See.

Sure the Chinese are willing to trade some jobs for higher US inflation.....they now consider America to be a hostile unreliable trade partner, they are wanting to limit their exposure.....they would rather buy and sell from and too someone else.

Trump claims to want to change their mind.

We'll See.
