It does not work that way. Do you Trumpys vote? In order to vote, you have to a a citizen. You have to fill out a registration . It has to be passed and then you are assigned a precinct to vote in. Those phony licenses would be a waste of time. It is a story made up by the Trumpys and far rightys, who know their followers will believe whatever they are told. Two things: a) pre -election access to voting machines is highly restricted. b) Dominion voting machines aren't online during elections. Everything is recorded locally on the individual machine.

The beauty of the proxy voting fraud is that it is nearly impossible to prove. Register the elderly, indigent, and infirm - then the old California scam of bussing illegals from polling place to polling place to vote using those registrations,
I personally witnessed in West Covina, while voting in the 90's a scene where a man who spoke no English walked up to the poll worker and said
"Sí, mi nombre es Yang Chen. Estoy aquí para votar" then went on to vote. I asked the worker how she could let such obvious fraud go on and she said they were not allowed to question voters for any reason. As I left, I saw him board a bus with about a hundred others.
democrats didn't need to do that in 2020 though - mail in ballots meant that they could save the $5 per ballot cast and the cost of the buses. Just fill out ballots and send them in - no worries. Completely untraceable. Oh sure - the nursing homes filled with those who have Alzheimer's all voting for Biden is suspicious - but no one can PROVE they didn't fill out the ballots. The homeless on skid row all voting for Biden - same thing.
