Lord knows I can barely read let alone know the definition of most words but I do know to refute something means to prove it to be false or wrong. So if one is able to prove (or refute as you stated) that Obama was not a US born citizen how does that make them a partisan hack dupe?

Millions of people saw what happened, and they didn't mass hallucinate. Obama has yet to produce the official birth record, and regardless of the reason, that's why this is still an issue and story.

What it is really is they are desperately trying to spin this in a direction where Obama looks put upon or harrassed, rather than stupid and dodgy.

It's that curling lower lip tic thingy he has. I was appalled when he moved from the Dems to the Repubs. That toe sucking expose' with the hooker has never been bleached from my brain completely, but his voice puts my teeth on edge and makes me itchy!
 
I find it interesting that 42% of the US has a least a question as to whether he was born here.

I've actually never questioned that. I personally just believe that when you try this hard to hide something it means there is something to hide. I wonder what it is, that's about it.
 
I've figured it out.

He won't release it; because it does list his father's name and this means that he therefore CAN'T be the Messiah, since it wasn't a virgin birth.

The craziness is the big deal made because Palin misspelled a word in an on-line tweet.....and it gets headlines and media coverage and major press like it was a tsunami destroying the Jersey coast.....and its still an object of discussion .....

I have a lot of time for Cawacko, it hardly makes me J. R. R. Tolkien to point out that refute has more than one meaning. Especially considering that he brought it up in the first place, I refute your allegation.

This probably explains why I wasn't an English major or a writer because I saw it differently or wrongly. I saw it as 'anyone who refutes (prove that someone is wrong) that fact is a partisan hack dupe'. In other words if you are able to show Obama is not a citizen you are a hack hence my response.
