I think it was clowntoon with a republican congress, but not fully sure on that. In any case whomever palyed a part in the deregulation was stupit. I said so at the time and I was right.

Citigroup makes the biggest profits in America, out of any corporation. They absolutely blow the oil companies away, by margins. I don't feel sorry for them.
