The census is not charged with counting citizens. The census counts every resident in the United States. That is its function and for all the reasons I stated previously.
For the hundredth time, non-citizens are not allowed to vote. Perhaps they can on Fox, but not in the real world. Fox made up stories, and so did Trump, about millions of illegals voting. It simply is not true. There is no evidence of it all. Perhaps Hannity has absolute proof shoved up his kiester. If so briing it in the daylight, because it is simply not true.
I wonder did rightys register to vote? Do you vote at all? You guys believe ridiculous things like people voting multiple times. If you go through the voting process, you know better.
The Constitution and the 14th Amendment just say the whole number of persons or free persons.

I already posted the wording of the Constitution and 14th Amendment. It says whole persons or free persons. One can infer "residents", but that's not the wording. Are "Indians not taxed" residents?
