Clergy who don't believe

No it isn't. The United Church of Canada is the largest protestant church in Canada, followed closely by the Anglican church.

Here's the first of many references from a quick Google search:

As church branches go Church of Christ really isn't that liberal. It's not fundamentalist like the Southern Baptists but you generally aren't going to get people going post-Christian on you either.

Generally pretty liberal but individual congregations can disagree with the official stance. That would definitely be LR.

I'm not referring to a tiny denomination with a similar name, I'm referring to the UCC....

The United Canadian Church is an ecumenical conjoining of Canadian Methodists, Congregationalist’s, Presbyterians, and local union churches. All 4 of these Canadian bodies had began defining their mission under a more liberal auspice when they formed in 1925

A similar conjoining happened to form the UCC~~~both the United Canadian Church and The United Christian Church operate from a liberal "social justice" position. They are "Christian" in name only and have abandoned many of the central teachings that are considered necessary to true belief.

Evangelicals are Christian in name only. Jesus would've spat on these immoral degenerate piles of shit.

Sorry, they are not, and there has never been a name change. I guess that you don't know that I'm Canadian and that I grew up, we won't say how very long ago, attending the United Church of Canada. It was also my parents' and grandparents' church. The Church of Christ was never mentioned, and I've lived in places large and small. You are simply mistaken.

From the Basis of Union
We the representatives of the Presbyterian, Methodist, and Congregational branches of the Church of Christ in Canada, do hereby......

also, if you google United Church of Christ in Canada, it's the first hit.....be that as it may, this is taking us pretty far afield as the Canadian church has nothing to do with the guy in the OP article.....
